Ethics, You're done it wrong

You know, Ethics aren't determined what is right or wrong but determine what is morally good or bad. So basically when you don't follow the ethics you may not break the rules, but you're morally bad.

The good Captain never kicked out his crew in the middle of the ocean, and the good crew never leave his duty in the middle of the storm. Every position has its own responsibility and that's the most important things in the ship if want to sail in the ocean. 

It's not rules written in the book but its ethics embedded in everyone.

If the captain doesn't have those most important things, so why the crew must have it?
